Terms & Conditions
Valid for 360 days. Non-transferable and non-refundable. Family member includes spouse and children below 18 years old. Additional supplementary member is allowed for children aged between 18 to 21 years, parent and parent-in-law (max 2 person per membership) subject to additional fee per person.

Documents Required
NRIC of member and spouse. NRIC or birth certificate of children. Photo (passport sized).
