Rules & Regulation of Lesson
1LESSONS
- Lesson shall only be replaced IF:
- Instructor/ Coach is on leave
- Advised by the management
- Lessons shall start on time accordingly and shall NOT be delayed.
- For any student who is unable to attend a lesson, he / she shall be required to provide a Medical Certificate and to apply for a replacement lesson through the Sports Counter.
- Application for a replacement lesson shall NOT be accepted without a proper certified Medical Certificate.
- Non-members who are registered students are only allowed to use the pool during their swimming lessons.
- All information regarding any replacement lessons shall be display on the Sport's Notice Board.
- Parents / Guardians are NOT allowed to be in the pool during any swimming lessons in progress.
- If the lesson date falls on any gazette Public Holidays, there shall be NO REPLACEMENT LESSON.
- Students shall proceed to the Sports Counter for attendance verification before the start of any lesson.
2REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
- All details in the Registration Form must be completed and dated correctly before submission.
- Incomplete forms and forms WITHOUT any verified signature or date shall NOT be processed by the Management.
- The Management / Coach / Instructor shall call by phone to re-confirm the lesson's schedule.
3PAYMENT PROCEDURES
- Payment for any Lesson Fees is by CASH, CREDIT CARD or CHEQUE made payable to JADE HOMES RESORT BERHAD.
- Payments shall be made at the Sport Counter on the first week of every month before the start of any lessons.
- Failure to do so (as stated in 3.1 & 3.2), the Management shall reserved all rights to terminate GROUP LESSON the student's name from the attendance list.
- Parents / Students are NOT allowed to pay directly to any coaches / instructors unless approved by the Management.
4TERMINATION PROCEDURE
- A one (1) month notice is required before terminating any lessons.
- The Termination Form is available at the Sports Counter and must be properly completed before
5SAFETY
- Every student is responsible for his / her own safety while attending the lessons.
- The Club shall NOT be liable for any untoward accidents during any lessons conducted in its premises.
